Cap the Jalapeno, core it out, and fill it with a stuffing of Sausage and Cheese with a little spice or make a stuffing out of a Cream Cheese with Pineapple, roast for 30 to 45 minutes on the Bar B Q Grill or in the oven, then get ready for a popper with a small bite.
